Our Services
Perivar can deliver the following range of services as a complete project or as discrete work packages to suit your needs.
Technical solutions, concept creation & evaluation
If you have an idea or business opportunity that requires a technical solution to bring it to market, Perivar will develop solutions from that initial need. Several concepts can be developed where appropriate, and evaluation/selection carried out in conjunction with you and your stakeholders.
Concept development
From the point of selection Perivar will develop a concept to a stage where it is ready for detailed design & engineering (detailed concept).
Detail design & engineering
Detail design & engineering from a selected concept is carried out to the point where manufacture, build & test is ready to proceed.
Manufacturing
documentation & support
Perivar will produce all the documentation required to have a product manufactured including detailed manufacturing drawings, quality plans, process procedures etc.
We will apply our manufacturing experience and also work with vendors (or your internal manufacturing facilities) to ensure that parts and assemblies are “designed for manufacture”. Manufacturing techniques will be selected appropriate to the individual part geometry, criticality, function, quantity etc.
Build & test
documentation & support
Procedures for testing will be developed for the product/system to the applicable industry standards where applicable, incorporating any additional customer requirements needed.
Integration, commissioning & operational
documentation & support
Post the successful completion of the product or system build & test phase, Perivar can prepare procedures for the integration, commissioning and operation of the equipment.
Project Management
All work undertaken is carried out applying sound project management appropriate to the scale/criticality of the work scope. At all stages you will be kept fully informed of progress versus plan.
3rd party verification / validation
For products or services requiring independent verification and/or validation Perivar will liaise with the appointed 3rd party as necessary throughout the project process.
Intellectual Property (IP)
In cases where the work scope involves the development of customer IP Perivar can liaise with patent attorneys directly or via the customer. We can provide assistance on technical input and creation of suitable graphics.
Marketing material
At any stage of a project the 3D models created can be utilized to provide marketing material as required.
